Services

Texas Trades Digital provides website design, hosting, SEO, and digital marketing services for home-service businesses. Service details and pricing are outlined at the time of purchase.

Payment

• Monthly hosting and service fees are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis.
• Website design is provided free of charge. Hosting begins at $99/mo.
• Payment is due before services go live. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Texas Trades Digital related to our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Website Ownership

Websites we design remain hosted on our infrastructure while a hosting subscription is active. Upon cancellation, we will provide you with a copy of your website files upon request.

Revisions

Each website includes one round of revisions at no additional charge. Additional revision requests may be subject to a fee.

Limitation of Liability

Texas Trades Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the most recent billing period.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
